Also known as State College, PA. A small town located in Central Pennsyltucky (PA). To some locals, State Hick is considered the largest city in the world. To normal people, it is a hick town. In State Hick, the police are experts in attempting to find underage drinkers where you are less likely to get caught driving drunk rather than walking drunk. Alcohol in State Hick is considered evil and has harsh penalties by many locals. There is only one growing industry, Citations.
