An illegal offence that occurs an adult has sexual relations with a minor.
It is one of the stupidest things ever thought of, as there is nothing wrong with sex between different ages. The sex laws state (in less harsh words) that anyone under 18 is too stupid to know who they want to fuck. Regardless of whether or not that is true, that should not be up to the government to decide.
I fucked this fine-ass 17 year old, but I got 3 years in the mental institution because 'staturatory rape' is against the law.
