What is Steak Brothel?

Referring to a group of vending trailer facilities. Used for late time snack attacks after getting baked or 'power food'. Example of a steak brothel is the Grease Trucks at Rutgers.
guy 1: "that was a killer party. dude im really hungry I could go for a grease filled sandwich or a pimp steak"
guy 2: "lets hit the steak brothel on the way back"
guy 1: " I was totally thinkin' the same thing"
