Also, used when describing someone that immediately falls in love with every person of the opposite sex they encounter.(But, not having them love them back)
Also, used to decribe chronic fibbers (the type that believe so religiously in falsehood, that it becomes real)
"Man, I just smoked 7 grams of dope, took some morphine, ate some shrooms, funneled a 26er and then drank a case of beer but.. im still fucking sober... WTF?"
