To be able to consume and impossible amount of illegal substances (normally far more than the amount needed to kill a regular human being)and still be coherent and able to operate heavy machinery.
Also, used when describing someone that immediately falls in love with every person of the opposite sex they encounter.(But, not having them love them back)
Also, used to decribe chronic fibbers (the type that believe so religiously in falsehood, that it becomes real)
