What is Stepfather Nazi?

A man who marries a woman with children. The man then decides to take on the children as his own. Eventually, he runs out of love for said children and begins to treat them like shit. He tries to control their lives and degrades them in every way possible. The stepfather takes away the rights of said children and refuses to grant them any privileges in his household.
Friend: Dude, your stepdad's such a dick. He never lets you do anything...
Boy: Yeah. He's a shitty Stepfather Nazi.
