N. The Director of the San Antonio Zoo. I.E. A complete and utter asshole who hates animals and doesn't care for them at all, aside from the monetary benefits. Especially Lucky the elephant (thepetitionsite/1/a-dream-of-freedom-for-lucky) and the black rhinos. He's quite infamous for saying stupid things and digging himself further into his hole of stubbornness.
Also used as a verb.
Ex.:
