What is Sterkel?

Adj. Someone who smells like complete dog shit. They usually live in run down houses and have entire bedrooms filled with garbage, which are usually designated, the "Garbage Room" Sterkels always own at least one dog, which contributes to them and their house smelling like shit, they prefer labradors, but any mixed mutt will do.
George and Gary are a couple of nasty Sterkels, they smell like my dogs ass, so does their mom Virginia.
