What is Stevenoob?

A person who lacks lots of common intelligence and has smoked such a large amount of pot that they are permanently slow and un-coordinated. They stevenoobness also makes the persons head superbly heavy and makes them have to walk with their head always tilted to one side. It also makes them very obcessed with a place called Fernie.
