A person that does not want to spend their own money. A miser or mooch. I'll gladly pay you Tuesday.. referring to Popeye's friend Wimpy who managed to get others to pay for his hamburger today.
Stig for short. A combination of stingy and binding (tight).
Out with friends,"Cover me for the beer until I get back from the bathroom". Friend's reply, "You already pulled that one Wimpy, don't be such a stigbinder!"
