What is Stipachio?

The proper but uncommonly used spelling of the small shelled green-ish nut eaten by anyone who has a brain with their thumb and fore-fingers, working towards a cracking motion. These nuts are used to make green ice cream that tastes nothing like the actual nut and to raise cholesterol of unknowing consumers world-wide.
Kourtney: no you may not have a stipachio!
David: But they are mine! and they are called "pistachios"!
