A person who touches children in a sexual manner. Often seen lurking around Primary schools and public libraries, Stocko's never hunt in groups (They like to have all the pleasure for themselves).
The word "Stocko" derives from the term "Stock" (To fist a child) and "O" (Usually the sound made by a Stocko when touching children).
Person 1: "Say, did you read that story in the paper today?"
Person 2: "The one with the pedophile?"
Person 1: "Yeah, the dirty Stocko!"
