What is Stomp-ass?

After beating a tough video game, using a cheat device to max out your characters' weapons/health/money and playing the entire game again, stomping through the game and focusing on revenge against bosses/levels that gave you a hard time on the first playthrough.

Now that I beat Final Fantasy IV, it's time for a round of Stomp-Ass. Your ass is MINE, Red Dragon!!!
