See drunk facebook, but refers primarily to using facebook or other social networking sites (like myspace) to send your stoned and often akwardly poetic messages. Generally only used right before passing out with a bag of doritos over your head. Usually leaving your computer and or computer area littered with crumbs and wrappers.
"Cary, You have to stop leaving comments on my myspace, what the fuck kindof comment uses plethora anyway?"
