The name commonly given to Major League Pitcher David Weathers, when ever he comes in, so does the storms. The teams he has pitched for bring him in to try to get outs, but he gives up runs and hits and homers. It doesnt matter how much the team is up he will let it rain homers, casue he is horrible and should just retire.
