Storto Edit Meaning

A hip derivative of distorted, it is a perfect general description of a person who does not act or react to stimuli with a normal set of emotions or required intelligence.

A person who is storto typically exhibits three or more of the following signs and symptoms:

1) Asks for a 50 cent stamp, then asks "how much is that?".

2) Works at Tandy and becomes unecessarily hostile when asked a basic question about a product

3) Never understands something that is said to them the first time. Typically use "sorry?" as an automatic response to any human voice directed at them.

4) Over-describes simple concepts to compensate for their lack of coherence and understanding of a topic.

1) What a fuckin' storto.

2) I shot that storto in the face.

3) Listen to me, storto, you said the same god damn thing five fuckin' times already.

4) He's a big fat useless storto with no prospects.
