When there is an awful smell constantly pervading a city, (such as Philadelphia for example), and you can't quite pinpoint what the source of the smell actually is. You just know that it smells like some nasty-ass FUNK.

(Usually, street diaper smells much worse after a rainfall.)

Damn, kid....I was hoping the thunderstorm we just had would relieve some of this humidity. But now it just smells like freakin' street diaper!!!!
