Describes a nigger who lies, steals, cheats, drug deals, rapes, murders, collects welfare, cries about "white people", does prison time for the above named offenses. The nigger credo, a non-contributing member to our society.

Instead of getting a job and being a contributing member of society like his momma asked, Ray-Ray opted out for being a "street nigger ".
