having far below-average street smarts. i.e. poor common sense, lack of knowledge of popular slang terminology, etc. etc.
Rob and Eric are the first two people I've ever met who had no idea what the word "skeet" means. Or that Camden is one of the most dangerous cities in the country. They've gotta be streetarded.
