Someone can be described as strust when they look simply 'wrong', i.e. out of place, laughable, stupid, or ridiculous. takes on own definition. For example, wearin high waisted trousers, expressing weird mannerisms. Napolean Dynamite is strust. You can also feel strust, when feelin not quite 'right' or uncomfortable.
