A contraction of Strike and Cyclist.

A dangerously inept cyclist that only ventures out on to busy roads when there is a strike on the trains/buses/underground/subway and their normal mode of transport is cancelled.

They will invariably go at little more than crawling pace, will weave uncontrollably across the road and show no awareness of what is going on around them. This is incredibly infuriating to both motorists and regular cyclists.

Dude, when are those lazy bus drivers going back to work so these stupid stryclists will get off the road?
