What is Stukabruke?

pronounced Shtoo-ka-brooke (with rolling Rs), word originated in Belgium and later developing into its own language (popular mainly in western Europe);

used as a response in situations that aren't worthy of being dignified with a more thought-out answer,

or to assert comraderie within a group of people.

may also be used as a recognition sound in a crowd or a dark place, and associated with other recognition mechanisms such as harsh bird sounds and words pertaining to the Stukabruke language (i.e. dubrushnikov, freetz, freeshtabruke, gr00tz, ad nauseum)
