(stoo'pid bom) - n. A suddenly detonated change of subject during the course of conversation resulting in the destruction of intelligent subject matter. Typically the result of a lack of understanding, respect, or care for those present.
1. Last night, I was having a very interesting conversation with John Perry Barlow regarding the legal issues of podcasting; that was until some fella rolled up and dropped a stupid bomb.
2. It was a fine script stupid-bombed by Hollywood's need for a happy ending.
