A term used by some in the real estate industry for Bedford-Stuyvesant, a high crime neighborhood in Brooklyn. It is often used to lure unsuspecting home hunters to the areas who would be wary of the name Bedford-Stuyvesant and its' unsavory reputation
"I have found a very nice apartment for you in Stuyvesant Heights, an up-and coming neighborhood"
"My building is right next door to a crackhouse. The realtor called the neighborhood Stuyvesant Heights, but it's really Bed Stuy"
