What is Sub-dec?

Less than decent, or dec. It simply means "Less than ok." Sub meaning less than, and dec meaning ok. Can have things added on the end, such as "sub-dec as hell".

"Damn, this taco bell is sub-dec as hell."

"Back to school tomorrow? Sub-dec."
