A gay man who embraces the heterosexual lifestyle, i.e. lack of taste in clothing, non-use of nonessential hygiene products, etc. Often accused of being straight. Opposite of metrosexual.

Andy has been suburbasexual since he came out; his repulsive habits and unmatchign clothes have kept him from finding a boyfriend.
