What is Subutex?

Subutex contains only Buprenorphine. (in contrast to the other definition).
Suboxone contains Buprenorphine and naloxone,witch ensures greater dificulty of achieving a "high".
However, it is very possible to get "high" off subutex. (Personal expirience).

An opiate substitute which is used for similar purposes to methadone. It is a combination of buprenorphine and naloxone. This drug eases heroin withdrawal symptoms (buprenorphine) while 'blocking' any effects if heroin is used at the same time. This however, does not mean that you cannot overdose on heroin; you just cannot get 'high' off it.
"I took my Subutex and I stopped withdrawing, but I can't get any effect off heroin".
