An extremely long verb, (pronounced "suck-a-make-out") it simply means that you suck at making out, usually used when describing people in Jr. High that don't know anything about kissing.
MEREDITH: Did you hear about PEYTON and CONOR?
FRANCES: Yeah, i heard they kissed last night.
