When a friend uses skype or any other digital messaging medium to tell you they have suicidal urges, forcing you to use a casual medium for some very serious conversation.

"I was surfing the net last night, chatting to some friends when John, all emo from his last breakup, totally suiskyped me. I was so hungry, but couldn't leave the conversation without looking like an uncaring bastard. He is so blocked until he gets another girlfriend"
