What is Super-citizen?

A citizen that takes their country so damn seriously that they can't take a fuckin joke about it and they think their country is greater than god himself.
That stupid ass "super-citizen" just shot Jimmy for 2 reasons: 1) He says it's his constitutional right to carry a gun...and...2) Jimmy told him that he shat on the White House lawn.
