1) A superpipe is a large halfpipe, a structure used in gravity extreme sports such as snowboarding, freestyle skiing, skateboarding, freestyle BMXand inline skating. Superpipes generally have over 16 feet (4.9 m) walls on both sides that are nearly 90 degrees vertical, whereas a standard halfpipe has 11 foot (3.35 m) high walls.
