What is Superpon?

The state of being high that no mortal man has yet achieved.
To get there you have to do something so amazing with that spliff that nothing in the world even matters apart from you and your spliff.
at this point, when i occurs, everyone there must in unison sing " excuse me while i light my spliff" for a full superpon moment to be achieved.
