a booger that you have in your nose but can't feel and all of sudden it flies out of your nose onto a table or your shirt with no warning. Usually happens in public places and you hope that it flew out fast enough that no one really noticed
I was talking to Roger the other day and out of no where I had a surprise booger.
Allison was so embarrassed at the party because as she was talking she had a surprise booger.
