What is Surprise Carnival?

A carnival in which it is a surprise. Usually happening at schools, or anyother places with large gatherings. Usually happens when you're not there, and your friends will tell you all about it, and how great it was.
While you were ditching school we had a surprise carnival, it was awesome.
