-This is a name you can give to almost anyone in an affectionate mannor. It can be said when they do something in a different mannor to normal or do something suprisingly well.
The defonition comes from the song "barbie girl" whitch is commonly mistaken to be sung by "Rammstien", but is infact sung by dutch band "ome henk".
