A person who collects as much free stuff as possible at a convention, trade show, festival, etc.
Example: "Look at all this loot I got from vendors at the Wal-Mart shareholders meeting!" "Dude, you are such a swag whore!"
Another example: "Did you see that picture of Paris Hilton carrying around all that free shit at Cannes? She is such a swag whore!"
