What is Swaize?

Word similar to nifty, cool, sweet, awesome, etc. Usually used when the speaker doesn't wish to use trite words such as the ones listed above.
"Check out this paper airplane I made. It can do ninety backflips."
"That's pretty friggin' swaize, dude."
