uneducated, bayou folk, whom often live in single wide mobile homes and eat alligator and use alligator to make clothing and other house hold products. Typically found in north Florida, southern Georgia and parts of Alabama and Louisiana; possibly inbred with tattoos of the Confederate battle flag found on all parts of the body.
He's not just a redneck from the marsh, he's a swampneck.
