What is Swampo?

-short for "swap-meet gangster"
Usually refers to a faux-ganster (faux means fake). These characters are usually of hispanic decent, and have poor gramatical ability. They are often found wearing knock-off jerseys with a city but no team, faded baggy pants, military belts with initial buckle, and riding a girl's beach cruiser bicycle. Not a real ganster.
"Take that damn flannel off Manuel, you look like a swampo."
