What is Swazo?

A term usually applied to a humanoid creature who's genitals have been declared mentally insane.
"Hey, you know that guy over there? Swazo I think his name is.."
"Don't even get me started on that fucker"
"What do you mean?"
"I was eatin at Wendy's with him, and then all of the sudden he leapt onto the table! He started smashing burgers against his groin and moonwalking while screaming 'AieEE!' over and over again. Then he just sat down and asked for me to hand him the salt!"
