What is Sweater Jockey?

One who has run out of toilet paper, and has replaced it with a swetshirt, gripping one sleeve in the front and one behind. The sweater jockey then pulls back and forth to clean the offending area looking as though he were riding said sweater.

Kyle Kaufman is a dirty sweater jockey.
