When two extremely fat people are having sex, the man takes a bunch of fat from his belly, then takes a bunch of fat from the woman's belly and ties the two pieces in a knot so the two people are actually "bonded by love".
Erich- "Hey joe, why are you walking around with Karen so much?"
Joe- "Well, last week we tried doing a sweaty walrus and we couldn't get out of it."
