What is Swedish Surprise?

When sensing a couple is about to make love, the culprit hides somewhere in the room (i.e. in a closet), beating off while they perform the sex act. Just before he climaxes, he bursts out of the closet, blows it on the girl's face, and screams, "Swedish Surprise!" before making his escape from of the room/country.
"If he really takes that model home I'm totally giving them the Swedish Surprise"
