What is Swidger?

A low socio-economic mother who allows her children to wreck shoe stores and complains that other children made her kid cry. She is typically overweight, and takes no responsibility for her children's actions. She may be caught wearing clothing from the likes of a Disney Store or Walmart. Caution: Swidgers are dangerous and full of "store rage".
Look at that woman over there letting her kid run around the store. She is such a swidger.
