(noun). a physical or emotional shiver that travels through the body, including but not limited to causing irregular heart palpitations, raising blood pressure, and forming goose bumps, when thinking about, or watching, an unbelieveable swim;
often causes loss of motor skills; usually occur when watching olympians race, particularly Michael Phelps, Jason Lezak, Ryan Lochte, Amanda Beard, Natalie Coughlin, or any of the other smokin hot USA swimmers!
