the worldwide phenomenon called the swine flu that prevents large amounts of tourists and/or immigrants from coming into the us and other parts of the country. making it impossible to get to where they want to go because of illness, or the flu itself they are essentially on a "swinecation"
person: man I was really looking forward to going on that cancun summer vacation, now I have some of the same symptoms of the swine flu, looks like i'm having a swinecation instead staying inside my house recooperating
