When a video/pic/blog has gone beyond "viral" and reaches "pandemic" porportions. A combination of "Swine" as in "Swine Flu" and "viral."
Even my parents are sending links to Susan Boyle videos now. She's gone swiral. With any luck, I'll catch Swine Flu and not have to watch another one.
