What is Swirling Octopus?

In the midst of giving somebody a norwegian slay ride you bend them over slap them around eight-teen times and then throw down the stairs in a swirling position you run down past them and meet them at the end of the stairs and then nail them while bashing their head into the wall. Their head will swell up into what looks like an octopus.
