The name given to a sickly child normally clad with various rashes; tends to be quite jumpy and often has irrational fears.
"Errrr! It looks like a Swonnell rash", "it's only some flour; don't be such a Swonnell", "you should have seen him, he jumped like a proper Swonnell!"
