What is Swuba?

Acronym: Soft White UnderBelly of America. The SWUBA is the stereotypical american tourist, loud, obnoxious, overweight, and sunburned.

In the movie Lilo and Stich, Lilo's hobby was photographing SWUBAs. A theme which runs through the movie is of this one SWUBA trying (unsuccessfully) to eat an ice cream cone that he clearly doesn't need.
