1. male equivalent of a swizzle stick. 2. much more feminine that a metro-sexual, yet still claiming to be hetero-sexual. 3. a man who is obsessed with all aspects of his physical appearance to the point it is absolutely ridiculous.
They are most commonly seen in California and New York. Regardless of they admit it or not, they enjoy plastic surgery and anything that requires altering their looks for the "better". Some even go as far as to use cosmetics.
Brett is such a swuzzle stick. Can you believe he uses that mail order cosmetic crap? Of course, his long curly hair and perfectly manicured nails don't help. I am not sure if he is straight or not. He sure acts awfully girly to me.
